1. WHO WE ARE
The Divine Blueprint is an educational and spiritual development platform operated by Akasha Ventures LLC, co-founded by Paris-Emilia Dzaak and Armaan Khan. By accessing our website, purchasing any product or service, or joining our membership community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered through thedivineblueprint.com, including but not limited to: individual readings, digital bundles, monthly and annual membership, and the Eclipse Private Intensive.
2. LEGAL DISCLAIMER
The Divine Blueprint is an educational and spiritual development platform. All content, readings, transmissions, and materials provided by The Divine Blueprint, Paris-Emilia Dzaak, and Armaan Khan are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing provided by The Divine Blueprint constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice of any kind.
By participating in any offering of The Divine Blueprint, you take full and complete responsibility for your personal wellbeing, decisions, and life choices. Akasha Ventures LLC, The Divine Blueprint, and its representatives are not liable for any outcomes, transformations, losses, or actions taken as a result of engaging with our content, readings, or community in any form.
3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is accurate.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits of any kind on any product or service, including but not limited to:

• Individual readings (Nebula, Star, Supernova, Eclipse)

• Digital bundles (all tiers and categories)

• Annual membership ($444/year)

• Any digital content once it has been accessed or delivered

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the content, a change of personal circumstances, or failure to use the product or service purchased.
4. MEMBERSHIP — MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION ($44/MONTH)
Billing: Your membership is billed monthly on the same date each month from the date of your initial purchase. Payment is charged automatically to your payment method on file.
Cancellation Policy: To ensure our community remains a sacred and focused space, we require a minimum of 5 days notice prior to your next billing renewal date for all subscription cancellations. Any cancellation request submitted within 5 days of your next billing date will be processed for the following billing cycle — meaning you will be charged for one additional month and your membership will remain active until the end of that final billing period.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months under any circumstances. Once a billing cycle has commenced, that period is non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge this notice period as a commitment to your own personal container and the collective integrity of the community.
To submit a cancellation request, contact us at hello@thedivineblueprint.com. with the subject line "Membership Cancellation" and include the email address associated with your account. Cancellations are not accepted through social media, direct messages, or any channel other than the email address above.
Annual Membership ($444/year): The annual membership is a single, non-refundable payment covering twelve months of full access. Annual memberships cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded once purchased. No exceptions will be made.
5. THE ECLIPSE PRIVATE INTENSIVE ($999)
The Eclipse is an application-only offering. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or constitute a purchase. No payment is taken at the time of application.
Application Process: To apply for the Eclipse Private Intensive, you must complete the application form in full, including providing your birth data and answering all required questions. By submitting your application you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full.
Selection: Applications are reviewed personally by Armaan Khan. Not all applications will be accepted. If your application is not accepted you will be notified by email and no charge will be made.
Payment and Confirmation: If your application is accepted, you will receive an acceptance email containing a secure payment link for $999. Your session slot is held for 48 hours from the time your acceptance email is sent. Payment must be completed within this 48-hour window to confirm your place. If payment is not received within 48 hours your slot will be released to the next applicant and your application will be considered withdrawn. No exceptions will be made to this deadline.
Non-Refundable Payment: Once payment is completed your session slot is confirmed and the $999 payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness, or a change of mind. By completing payment you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued for any reason.
Cancellation After Payment: The Eclipse holds a session slot that cannot be offered to another applicant once your payment is confirmed. Cancellations after payment are not accepted and no refund will be issued regardless of reason.
Clients who cancel after payment, dispute their charge, or initiate a chargeback will be permanently banned from all current and future offerings of The Divine Blueprint, including but not limited to readings, bundles, membership, community access, and any future products or services offered by Akasha Ventures LLC.
Rescheduling: In the event of a documented emergency, you may request one reschedule of your session by contacting us at hello@thedivineblueprint.com a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled session time. Rescheduling is offered at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on The Divine Blueprint website, including but not limited to text, copy, design, imagery, brand identity, course materials, bundle content, and reading frameworks, is the intellectual property of Akasha Ventures LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from The Divine Blueprint without explicit written permission from Akasha Ventures LLC.
Purchasing a reading, bundle, or membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal development only. This license does not permit sharing, reselling, or redistributing any content to third parties.
6.5 DELIVERY OF READINGS
All individual readings are hand-mapped by Armaan Khan without the use of automated tools. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the delivery of your recorded transmission from the date of your successful data submission.
7. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Members of The Divine Blueprint community are expected to engage with respect, integrity, and personal accountability. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community, revoke access to any product or service, and permanently ban any individual from future purchases at our sole discretion, without refund, if their conduct is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or contrary to the values of this community.
8. PRIVACY
Your use of The Divine Blueprint website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including birth data provided for the purpose of Human Design chart readings.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akasha Ventures LLC, The Divine Blueprint, Paris-Emilia Dzaak, and Armaan Khan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our products, services, or content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of The Divine Blueprint website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
